After 5 years of entrepreneurship, I’ve learned a thing or two about how I like to work. Since one of the perks of being your own boss is that you get to decide how things are done, I joyfully embrace an alternative approach to collaborations & partnerships.

I’m always open to aligning on a compensation structure that works for everyone. Maybe it’s deferred compensation (like when grant funding is involved) or a structure that increases as you see growth. If there’s synergy, we can find a way to make it work!
