find your radiance

under the sun

Within every woman, exists the radiance of life.

“Radiance comes from a woman knowing & owning the truth: that she is the portal to life. Just like the sun, her light is always on. There is somebody home. She is connected to the elemental life force. She knows herself to be the altar that connects this world to the world of the Goddess – the world of the divine. But just like any altar, the candles have to be lit for the holiness to be present. An altar without candles is just a shelf. A woman without radiance is devoid of her divinity.”  – Regene Thomashauer

If you’ve been hearing the call of your radiance beckoning, this is your sign to listen. Join us in Mexico as we gather together to cultivate each others unique & collective radiance. We believe that by creating space in your life & body, you can cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, tap into your innate creativity, & live a more vibrant & fulfilling life.

Our intention is to share with you some of our favourite tips, tools, practices, & experiences to help you reconnect with your inner sparkle. Against the backdrop of the sun & the sand, it’s time to reclaim your radiance.

Our 2nd annual Reconnect & Radiate Retreat will be happening March 5 – 11, 2026

Tasha Klebe
You are in good hands with this 14 time traveler to Mexico, and 7 times to this area in particular. Nearly an ex-pat at this point. Tasha Klebe, a CMA, CPA, and MBA, is a woman who wears many hats: wife, aunt, adventurer, entrepreneur, female connector, and beach enthusiast known affectionately as the “Wild’ol Goat.” With a lifetime of professional accomplishments and a deep connection to Baja California, Tasha embodies both the grounded wisdom of a seasoned financial expert and the free-spirited nature of an explorer.

Tasha’s love affair with Baja began in 2013, culminating in her marriage on its golden beaches in 2021 on the beaches of Cerritos (10 minutes from where we will be staying!) and growing with every visit—now totaling an impressive 10+ trips! Her wealth of experience in this beautiful region allows her to share Baja’s hidden treasures, serene landscapes, and welcoming culture, giving her retreat guests an authentic, insider’s experience.

Kelsey Currier
Kelsey is the sparkle behind our theme of radiance—literally and figuratively. With her enviable fashion sense and boundless creativity, Kelsey will guide us through a tapestry of activities: movement, reflective journaling, meaningful discussions, and even card readings! As a multi-passionate event pro, Kelsey ensures every moment is filled with meaning, beauty, and purpose, curating an experience like no other.

Kelsey owns almost every hat that a professional “gatherer of people” would have, including: summer camp counselor, dance teacher, flash mob choreographer, show director, wedding planner, travel guide, dj, and dinner host. You know you’re in the best of hands when it comes to feeling welcomed when you’re in Kelsey’s spaces. Expect nothing less than creativity-sparking activities, colourful journal-bound insights, thought-provoking conversations, and more than a few new dance moves.

Jasmine Brazil
If sisterhood had a face, it would be Jazz. She embodies the essence of standing in support of other women, bringing her warmth, wisdom, and undeniable charm to our group. Expect her not only to share her radiant insights and keep us dancing but also to capture the magic along the way. As one half of Richelle Rose Photography, Jasmine will be snapping moments and weaving memories, ensuring this retreat stays alive in our hearts long after it’s over.

Jasmine’s love of Mexico started early – it was the first trip she ever took as a young adult by herself. All throughout her university and Masters education, she took frequent trips to the country as quick getaways and as a means to reset during difficult days of student life. This will mark her 13th time (she thinks!) to Mexico and the 3rd time in the area of Cabo. As an avid traveler with 23 countries visited so far, every chance she can take to explore other cities is one she can’t pass up. She’s participated in a few different styles of retreats and is excited to work alongside these incredible women to put our own twist on our favorite thing to do – hangout with cool people and travel!

Jessie Bruce
The ultimate girls girl and the steady flame that keeps our whole group glowing. The never-ending energy source of our crew, Jessie is our resident Social (Marketing) Butterfly and the storyteller who makes every moment feel a little more cinematic. With a magnetic blend of curiosity, boldness, and creativity, she infuses adventure into the everyday—reminding us that life is always better when you say yes to the unexpected.

A natural connector and hype-woman extraordinaire, Jessie has a rare gift: she makes everyone feel like the main character in their own unfolding story (psst… you are). She’ll be the first to pull you onto the dance floor, the loudest voice singing Taylor Swift at full volume, and the softest shoulder to lean on when a much-needed release finds you. Jessie has a long-standing love for travel that’s rooted in exploration, discovery, and the joy of finding “your people” wherever you go. Jessie is equal parts sunshine, spark, and soul—and with her guiding our group, you’ll feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Chelsea Tipping

We are beyond thrilled to welcome this extraordinary woman into our circle this year. As co-owner of the beloved WildRoots Bistro in St. Albert, Chelsea brings with her a nourishing presence—one that extends far beyond the food she creates. Chelsea will be fueling our bodies with vibrant, intentional meals so we can rest, reset, and rise together.

WildRoot is the manifestation of a lifelong dream of Chels and her husband, Tony. Together they have built a space that embodies what it truly means to care for a community. Beyond her culinary gifts, Chelsea brings a grounded, nurturing energy to our group. She is the quiet magic that reminds us to slow down, savor the moment, and nourish ourselves fully—body, mind, and spirit.

We are a group of women who felt like they wanted to spend more time creating inspirational, empowering and reflective space with other women who are doing incredible things – and most importantly – getting to do that in a beautiful location. There will be plenty of time for you to hear our stories and how we all came together, but spoiler alert – Mexico is at the center of it all. We look forward to this journey together!

To a beautiful area in Mexico called El Pescadero, Baja California Sur.

Fly into San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

The Pacific coast of Baja California Sur, Mexico is known for its laid-back vibe, natural beauty, and surf culture.

Todos Santos, a nearby town we will be visiting, is officially designated as a “Pueblo Mágico” (Magical Town) by the Mexican government. This status is awarded to towns with unique cultural, historical, and natural significance. It is known for its charming colonial architecture, cobblestone streets, and vibrant arts scene. There is even a Hotel California in the small town.

This area of Mexico offers a tranquil escape from the more crowded tourist destinations in Baja, blending nature, culture, and adventure in a way that attracts surfers, artists, and eco-tourists alike.

This retreat is designed with self-exploration in mind, but we also wanted to make sure you had some idea of a few of the activities we have planned around your free time and reflective time:

  • Daily facilitated movement sessions
  • Guided group conversations and dyads
  • Complimentary tarot/oracle card readings for guidance
  • Local volunteer opportunity
  • Visit to a local vineyard
  • Afternoon Sailing adventure in Cabo
  • Meals (Breakfast & lunch daily + 4 dinners)
and wine/beer at the Airbnb will be curated on property with local ingredients (Note 2 meals outside of the property planned at guest expense on a cost+ basis)

Ultimately, this is your adventure! We’ve all been on trips where we have to plan everything, and every now and again, it’s nice to have the opportunity to have someone take care of the planning! But with that said, this is your adventure and we want you to join in as you feel it fits best for you!

You never know what we might have up our sleeves! We love to bring the element of surprise and you never know what type of excitement a town called Pueblo Mágico (Magical Town) will share with us. We may have a surprise activity planned, optional and at your own expense, if you choose to join the crew!

A typical day in this area is a glorious 25 degrees during the day with a 10-15 degree drop in the evenings due to the desert climate.

The backdrop of the Baja desert, rugged cliffs, majestic mountains and vast ocean create a feeling of isolation and peace, perfect for introspection or rejuvenation.

Casa Rana offers six spacious bedrooms and six bathrooms, elegantly divided between the Main House and a private Guest Casita. The villa’s layout is designed for privacy, comfort, and togetherness, making it ideal for large families, group retreats, or high-end vacation rentals.

We have the entire property to ourselves.

  • In this area of Mexico, cash is still king! We would highly suggest Mexican pesos.
  • There are establishments that will happily accept a credit card but may charge a % add on to use a card.
  • USD is also accepted at most places, however, pesos will be the most cost effective.
  • Transportation to and from the airport
  • Airbnb for the 6 nights and 7 days
  • Rental car and concierge to get around to the various activities
  • Food and Beverage at the Airbnb
    • Breakfast & lunch daily + 4 dinners
    • Snacks
    • Wine & Beer
  • The  included activities
  • Flights, we want you to have the freedom to book your own flight with your preferred airline (we all love to chase and use those reward points!). If you want to stay longer in the area, please reach out and we can find you some recommendations!
  • We will coordinate two meals over the 7 days that are outside of the AirBnB to get a feel of the local culture, cuisine and an opportunity for us to continue to support local in our travels. It’s an opportunity to adventure and explore the local culinary experiences – communities well known for farm-to-table dining. These dinners will be at your own cost if you choose to participate.
  • The guests are encouraged to purchase their own liquor (optional of course!) if they would like to indulge during their stay. There are no activities that will center around drinking alcohol but there will be opportunities to purchase alcohol at your own expense throughout the trip.
