We’re passionate about sharing a love of reading, but not so passionate about reading rules! Our group is fairly informal. Our reviews consist of a feedback offering round (where each reader can offer their summary of their book experience), general questions or commentary, & then a quick rating/ranking wrap. 

Then we move into the fun part – what has everyone been reading, what is everyone reading, & what do we have on our TBR’s (you know this is where things get juicy). 

Some other fun facts about how we club:

• Each reader contributes a book recommendation at the beginning of each session.
• We do a random draw to select which book we begin with & then typically allocate 5-6 weeks for each book. 
• We strive to build an inclusive reading list, including BIPOC authors, Indigenous authors, & LGBTQQIP2SAA authors.
• We love to read a blend of fiction, non-fiction, biographies, & poetry. 
• We meet virtually via Zoom and manage event details through the Bookclubs app
• Virtual meetings are typically between 60 – 90 min

We understand that life gets busy & if you need to miss a month – no worries! But since it is a small group (only 8 readers), we do love when readers interested in joining All Booked Up are ready to make space for the book club! After all – sharing together is what this is all about!
