My love for creating spaces was cultivated with care by my parents.
Every few years they granted me the magical wish of getting to redecorate my bedroom however I wanted. A few rotations of testing out my design sense bringing those dreams to life, I was promoted to chief Creation-eer when my dad built me my very own playhouse. It was in this space that I first discovered my true love for creating spaces.
Since then, I’ve pursued courses in interior design, colour theory, art history, & spatial planning. Pair that with a decade long career in crafting event spaces & custom designing not one, but two, homes – I’m thrilled to be offering to share this love of mine with the world.

Over the years I have had the true joy of desiging a series of spaces & places, both for myself & to share with others. Below I’ve shared a few of my favorite projects along the way in hopes of manifesting more opportunites to design more spaces (& places) like these. . .
Custom House Build
This was a 7 year labour of love. My husband & I custom built & designed this home together ONLY 5 MONTHS AFTER KNOWING EACH OTHER.
Over the years, we lovingly DIY’d the house of our dreams.
- Custom wall treatments including brick veneer in the basement& wood-block wall
- Custom woodwork including built-in fireplace mantle, window seating bench, bedroom built-in, & library/plant shelves
- Custom installed glass garage door in walk-out basement
- Custom landscaping design & outdoor entertaining enhancements including pergola, firepit, & sunroom space
- Custom theatre room with in-ceiling audio & surround sound
- Complete basement development including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, & finishing
Event Design
Welcome to our “Unwedding” – a celebration of love outside the traditional wedding format. A party planned around the uniqueness of our love & creating memories with those we hold closest.
After being a wedding planner for over a decade, when it came to planning our own party I had a totally unique vision I wanted to bring to life. Hence the “unwedding” concept was born. Our celebration was a concoction of all of the things (& people) we love, while avoiding all of the obligations of the typical wedding festivities. Since we opted to do a private ceremony/vow exchange & didn’t have a bridal party, this gathering was focused on food, friends, family, dancing, laughing, & love.

Custom space planning & kitchen design
Longtime friends of mine approached me to collaborate with their renovation contractor for the design & styling of their renovation. T&D LOVE hosting gatherings – whether that’s bringing their big blended family together or hosting stylish dinner parties for their clients, colleagues, & friends. They wanted to open up their main floor living & kitchen space, while refreshing the whole area with new colours & textures.
I worked alongside them & their renovation contractor throughout the process to align on all of the material selections. Together, we curated paint, flooring, appliances, fixtures, cabinets, colours, counter tops, & tile to bring their hosting haven to life.

As a lover of art galleries & a firm believer that walls are meant to have art, I adore curating & designing gallery walls for people.
These are such a fun way to blend a unique array of personal photos, travel treasures, found frames & curated canvases. I will help source, select, style, & secure an array of wall art to showcase. Let your unique passions shine through with these one-of-a-kind galleries.
