Sharing some of the wide variety of eye (and heart) opening perspectives that fed our dinner table. Hoping that if any of you choose to ingest and digest any of these, you experience a similar expanding curiosity and consideration of “what if this” or “I hadn’t considered that”.
(And aiming that you find some whimsy amidst the confusion of it all.)

Listening Resources:
- (Podcast) Honey Dew Me – Honeydew Me is a podcast dedicated to helping all humans have great sex, feel good in their bodies, and find the confidence to embrace their most authentic selves.
- Some of these episodes have swiftly changed my life! I love their broad perspective and fun, light-hearted approach!
Watching Resources:
- (YouTube) The New Human with Richard Rudd – In this extraordinary dialogue, Master Astrologer Pam Gregory meets Gene Keys founder and author Richard Rudd. This is a confluence of two different but entirely resonant worldviews, masterfully and spontaneously woven together.
- This was one of the shared resources upon my request for help. A much more metaphysical perspective on “what the heck is going on” and provides a glimmer of hope.
- (Movie & Docuseries) Time of the Sixth Sun – Time of the Sixth Sun is an inspirational and uplifting documentary film about the shift in global consciousness and the emerging movement to find a new way to walk more lightly on this Earth.
- I cannot recommend this enough (especially the Ancestral Wisdom episode). You will not see the world the same after this.
Movement/Body Resources:
- (Playlist)Theme: Resistance – this playlist is a go-to resource whenever I’m feeling like I need to move any big emotions.
- Lately – I’ve been using it to transmute some pretty big feelings of confusion and rage (and even manifest a little Hope).
- (Playlist)A gifted playlist – from one of our very own guest beans (thank you Ruth) this playlist is also a fall-back for me when I need to ground into some Hope.
- (Movement Space) Humans in Motion – an online and in-person guided movement practice and dance space.
- Shameless plug to get you to come join me (and Ruth!) online and in person as we share our love of moving with you all!
